How can I get a copy of my previous invoices?

(1) From within your “Account” page, you can download and print invoices, which include the items and prices. Simply log in with your username and password and view your invoices using the “My Orders” link in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

(2) Eyewin emails your detailed order with items and prices once your order is placed. If you checked out as a guest and do not have a username and password, please run a search for “Eyewin” in your email to locate these invoices.

Do you have local store locations?

We have a warehouse in Atlanta.  The address: 10015 feather sound Ct. Alpharetta, GA,30022.

Can you send me the product information and prices in a list or catalog?

All of our products are described thoroughly online and all prices are current and available online. For the most up-to-date product information and prices, please E-mail me: info@eyewinlashes.com

You shipped my order to the wrong address how do I get it?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you are reviewing your order and completing your payment. Once an order has shipped we are not responsible if you provided the wrong address.

Are you an eyelash manufactorer?

Yes we are. We offer different eyelash extensions and supplies all over the world.

Can you do priviate labels?

Yes we can. We accept custom order. The minimum order quantity is 100 trays, each 10 trays same size.

Can you desigh the label cards?

Yes we can. We have own professional design team. We can free design lash label cards, lash packages, kit boxes and logo stickers.

How long I can receive my order?

For sample orders, about 3-5 work days you can get it.

For custom order, it will take 3-4 weeks, as we need produce the label cards first, and all our lash trays are handmade.
